Service Rates

Child-centered family therapy, 55-minute session

Scheduled beginning at 10:00 am through 4:00 pm: $200.00

Scheduled beginning at 5:00 pm through 8:00 pm:  $250.00

Evening slots are limited and are most desirable given parent work and children’s school schedules.  A discount is given to those who can accommodate daytime hours.

Payment is collected at the time services are rendered. I accept payment via credit card, debit card, or HSA/FSA account. All payment processing is HIPAA-compliant.

Insurance

I am not in-network with any insurance company. The reasons for this are varied. Third-party payers tend to dictate how therapy is conducted and what services are included. I believe those decisions are best kept between client and provider.

If you have out-of-network benefits, you might be able to get partially or fully reimbursed by your insurance company for our work together. This depends on your specific insurance plan. These are a set of benefits that partially or completely cover the cost of seeing providers who are not in-network.

I recommend calling the customer service number on the back of your insurance card. Ask if your plan will reimburse you for out-of-network behavioral health services, and if so, to what extent. If this is the case, you will still be responsible for paying upfront for services. I will then provide you with a Superbill (an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
